If you haven't been here before there are some poor quality instructions below the menu if you scroll down, otherwise crack on and book what you need.
****If you can't see an appointment to book or your bike is unrideable, you may as well just bring the bike in and we will work it around the scheduled jobs (if you do this we won't be able to offer a timescale for the work)****
*****IF YOU CAN'T FIND ANYTHING SUITABLE PICK UP THE PHONE OR JUST DROP IN*****
Hopefully the menu speaks for itself
Here's a brief guide to decide what you want to book
1. - If you don't know what to book or would like an estimate first, book an 'assessment' appointment. It doesn't cost anything
2 - If you know exactly what is needed book that.
*****Whatever you book, is just to get the time into the diary, we will always want to discuss the work with you when you bring in the bike anyway, so you aren't committing yourself with a service type, duration or cost*****
Mountain Bikes - This category specifically applies to high end/modern mountain bikes with 1x drivetrains, suspension, hydraulics and linkages. If you have a mountain bike with cable brakes, for example, this is treated like a hybrid - this is not bike snobbery, but the way the mechanics work and the level of expertise needed.
IMPORTANT: Anything under 2 hours is not a bike service, but more a repair, tune up or specific area service like headset, bottom bracket. If you want a bike service, which should be done once every year or two especially if you ride a lot, you should select general or full service.
Please note that these jobs are largely time based. We may have to adjust the service up or down depending on the bike (e.g. if it's in excellent or dreadful condition or if it's a TT bike)
If you are unsure contact us for guidance on what we can do for you or what appointment to book.
